Extrusion
Advanced technologies for the production of high-quality plastic sheets

What is Sheet Extrusion?
Sheet extrusion is a manufacturing process where molten plastic is forced through a flat die to form continuous plastic sheets. These sheets are then cooled, cut, and often further processed, depending on their intended application. The versatility of this technique allows manufacturers to produce everything from thin, flexible films to thick, sturdy sheets used in food, automotive and other industries.

How Does Sheet Extrusion Work?
The plastic sheet extrusion process begins with raw plastic materials, typically in the form of pellets or granules, being fed into an extruder. Inside the extruder, the plastic is melted by both heat and pressure, which is then pushed through a flat die to form a continuous sheet. The cooling system solidifies the material into a final, usable sheet.
